Functie

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire the kitchen team.
  • Create innovative and high-quality dishes, focusing on fish, vegetarian, and vegan options, with some meat dishes.
  • ⁠Oversee kitchen operations, including:
  • Ordering and inventory management.
  • Ensuring hygiene and food safety standards are met.
  • Managing schedules and workload distribution.
  • Monitoring allergen management processes.
  • ⁠Work primarily on the hot side; extensive experience in this area is essential.
  • Collaborate closely with our strong Sous Chef team (potentially two).

  • ⁠Leadership skills with the ability to build and motivate a team.
  • ⁠Creativity and a passion for sustainable and seasonal cooking.
